Return & Refund
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items, air fresheners, and blind boxes are final sale. We specialize in premium Japanese brands that prioritize high-quality ingredients and functional design. Each brand is selected for its unique approach to "Kinōbi" (Functional Beauty):
- GLARE: High-performance, Japanese-engineered cabin fragrances. Known for its luxury glass aesthetics and spill-proof gel technology specifically designed for the automotive environment.
- KITOKA: A botanical-focused home fragrance line. These reed diffusers use 100% pure essential oils and natural plant extracts like Persimmon Tannin to neutralize odors rather than just masking them.
- VAGE: Sophisticated room fragrances designed for "adult spaces." VAGE combines chic, timeless bottle designs with complex, curated scents inspired by the graceful movement of waves.
- toki no hana: Artisanal fragrances that celebrate the seasonal beauty of Japan. Available in both home reed diffusers and convenient clip-on car fragrances featuring delicate floral motifs.
- Lifestyle & Craft: Our collection also extends to traditional Japanese-print reusable bags, artisanal craft toys, and innovative wellness products like our upcoming NOL bath series.

Getting Started
To open an account, complete the registration process on Wholesale Site and provide a valid Business Reseller's Permit. ReaL4 Trading reserves the right to approve accounts based on submitted information. All registration details must be accurate.
Minimums
First order minimum: $500
Ongoing orders: $300
Ordering
Orders can be placed through our wholesale site, by phone, or by email. You'll receive a purchase order confirmation and invoice within 2–3 business days. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Pre-orders: Confirmed via email with a preliminary invoice. Payment must be pre-authorized at the time of order. Pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Final shipping charges are confirmed when items arrive at our warehouse.
Payment
Payment is due upon receipt. An invoice will be sent to your registered email after order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Zelle, Wire Transfer, Business Check (payable to ReaL4 Trading), and cash. A $25 fee applies to bounced checks.
Shipping & Local Pickup
- We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or local trucking.
- Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates — actual charges will be reflected on your invoice.
- For local pickups, a confirmed appointment with your sales rep is required with at least 24 hours' notice. No same-day pickups. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may be turned away.
- Credit card payments are processed the morning of your appointment.
Returns & Damages
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Net prices include a defective allowance discount. Please contact us within (3) days to claim for missing or damage caused by the Carriers.
- We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
- Refused orders and merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus both ways freights. Payment received after 10 days from due date will be subject for a $50 fee, or 2%, whichever is greater, and additional periodic interest charges of up to 1.5% per month.
