Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Air fresheners
  • Blind box items
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, opened, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Where’s My Refund?

Note: After we receive your item, it may take up to two weeks for us to process your return.

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for the funds to become available in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Note: If we issue a refund to a prepaid card and you no longer have the physical card, the card information may still be stored within your account. Any refunded funds can typically be used toward future purchases on the account where the card is stored.

If your original order was placed using the Amazon Currency Converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and calculated using the same exchange rate that was applied when you placed your order.
